Season Premiere

(Me on Gammage Auditorium’s Stage after performig for ASU’s graduate convocation)

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome to Curable’s new season. The season is being kicked off on our new blogpage here at Tumbler. This season’s theme: NO EXCUSES. Didn’t finish strong last year, and I take full responsibility. I could explain, but that’s in the past, on to the future.

I’m so excited to see you here, thank you for taking the time out to visit. You know me, I’m always trying new and different things, and I’m always trying to make things happen. This is the perfect time to get involved in this wonderful project/mission/concept. Curable has its second wind and I am ready to hit the ground running again. With most season openers the audience needs a recap to understand what the heck this is all about.

Previously on Curable: I was diagnosed with cancer and went into remission in 2008. I’ve been in remission for 1 year. My idea for literary performance came about when I was sick. Started out strong then lost my way trying to figure out what the heck I was doing. Spent a lot of time filtering out what Curable was about. Is it a business? corporation? LLC? Went on hiatus because of graduate school, got lazy, didn’t accomplish as much as I wanted to last year.

This Season on Curable: Filtering and laziness time are over. Curable’s vision is passion, performance, and precision. Also known as “P Cubed”. That’s it. It’s that simple. I intend to make it more visible, now that I know what it is. Being sick forces you to get your priorities in order and tend to the things you are most passionate about. For me it’s faith, family, friends, and performance. That’s what I’m all about.

Not sure about tuning into this channel? Come back, because we’re just getting started, and you know that you find all this too interesting to pass up. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Trust me.
